Property Supervisor

Position Summary 

The Property Supervisor is responsible for day to day operations of the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health Master Lease Program. The PS is the point of contact for clients and DBH program staff, ensures the maintenance of all properties and supports in management of maintenance as needed.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creating leases for new tenants

  • Completing monthly inspections of all assigned units, coordinate with Fresno County DBH as needed

  • Collect rent from all tenants, including traveling to and from clients and assisting with getting money orders etc. if needed

  • Complete move in and move out inspections

  • Complete dispositions within required timeframes 

  • Ensure records are maintained and accurate 

  • Submit work orders and follow up to ensure maintenance is completed timely and to standards 

  • Support maintenance technicians with scheduling, inspect quality of work, and budget management 

  • Show units to prospective tenants

  • Vendor communication

  • Post notice

  • Bank deposits

  • Point of contact for Hacienda

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelors Degree in social services or closely related field, preferred

  • 3 years experience in housing related social services

  • Clean driving record
