Program Manager - Fresno City College Housing

Position Summary 

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the Fresno City College Housing Program. The PM is responsible for coordination of referrals from approved referral sources, monitoring client progress, and mitigating program barriers. The PM is responsible for the management of program staff, ensuring follow up with clients and other community providers. The PM is expected to lead by example, engage with staff, clients, and community members in a professional manner, and always act with the best intentions for the program and RH Community Builders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage staff productivity and client engagement
  • Coordinate services with referring parties
  • Provide supervision to staff, including ensuring clients are followed up with and remaining compliant with lease terms
  • Monitor and manage program budget
  • Monitor and coordinator CalAIM enrollments 
  • Liaison with Property Management team to ensure all maintenance is completed timely
  • Complete outcome reports as requested

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 2 years program management experience 
  • 3-5 years experience working with homeless individuals
